Propmart to foray into Mysore

Mysore, Sep 13: Propmart, a real estate provider for both builders and end users, today said Mysore was emerging as one of the fastest growing Tier-II cities in the country with real estate market experiencing a sharp growth during last four years.

The Bangalore-based company's CEO R Balaji told newspersons here that Propmart would offer office buildings for all segments from builders to small enterprises in this city. Builders were provided office space to launch their operations till their had their own offices, he said.

He said Propmart offered B2B services to builders and also acted as facilitator between builders and their customers.

The company would organise a 'pre owned homes show' in Bangalore next month to showcase over 1000 properties for resale. This show would later be held in Mysore as well, he said.

Propmart also had operations in four metros apart from Kochi and Coimbatore, he added.
