Kaveri Seeds IPO oversubscribes 4.51 times

Mumbai, Sep 12 (UNI) The initial public offering (IPO) by the Kaveri Seed Company Limited, one of the few recognised agri-input companies in India, has received an excellent response from investors and was subscribed 4.51 times.

The IPO was subscribed 5.59 times by Qulified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and 4.59 times by High Networth Individuals (HNIs), when the issue closed this evening.

The company had entered the capital market on September 6 this year, with a public issue of 40 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each having a fixed price band of Rs 150-170 per equity share.
