Field officer arrested in a bribery case
Madhepura, Sep 11 (UNI) Bihar state vigilance bureau today arrested a field officer of Madhepura district industry centre in a bribery case.
Field officer Vijendra Prasad was arrested by the vigilance sleuths while accepting a bribe of Rs 2,000 from an unemployed person.
The raid was conducted under the supervision of DSP vigilance Ramnaresh Singh after the unemployed person informed the vigilance department about the bribery demand by the field officer.
