Dy jailor murder case: HC refuses stay on arrest

Allahabad, Sep 11 (UNI) Allahabad High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by Yadvendra Dwivedi, seekig stay of his arrest in connection with the Meerut deputy jailor Narendra Dwivedi murder case.

The order was passed by a division bench comprising Justices S R Alam and V D Chaturvedi.

The deputy jailor was murdered on August 7 at Meerut.

On the same day, an FIR was lodged at police station Medical, Meerut.
