Dileep Prabhavalkar selected for Vishnudas Bhave award

Sangli, (Mah) Sep 11 (UNI) Well known Marathi film and drama actor Dileep Prabhavalkar has been selected for this year's 'Natyacharya' Vishnudas Bhave award.

The award is instituted by Akhil Maharashtra Natya Vidhyamandir Samiti and is given away annually since last 44 years to honour a personality from Marathi film and drama for their outstanding contribution and service, Vidhyamandir Samiti President Sharad Karale said.

Prabhavalkar started his career in Marathi theatre in 1971 then entered into the film industry.
