Chargesheet against former Deputy GM of BSFC

Patna, Sep 11 (UNI) The state vigilance investigation buearu today submitted chargesheet against Kanchan Kumar, a former Dputy General Manager of Bihar State Financial Corporation (BSFC) in a Disproportionate Asset (DA) case.

The chargesheet was submitted by the bureau under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act against Mr Kumar in the court of special vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar.

According to the charges, Mr Kumar had amassed wealth worth of Rs 2,22,825 disproportionate to his all known sources of income during the period from July 19, 1974 to August 28,1988.
