Bin Laden not hiding in Afghanistan-Foreign Min
KABUL, Sep 11 (Reuters) Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is not hiding in Afghanistan, the insurgency-racked country's foreign minister said today, the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks on the United States.
''I know that he is not in Afghanistan, but I don't have information where he is,'' Foreign Minister Rangeen Dadfar Spanta told Reuters in an interview.
''Our intelligence information and activities of al Qaeda ... and also the information of Afghans in the anti-terror war all give ... information that he is not in Afghanistan,'' he added.
