AP High Court stays order on Obulapuram mining lease

Hyderabad, Sep 11 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh High Court today stayed the operation of a single judge bench's order regarding the grant of leasehold right to Obulapuram Mining Company.

A Division Bench, comprising Chief Justice G S Singhvi and Justice C V Nagarjuna Reddy, posted the appeal to October 9 for further hearing.

The Obulapuram Mining Company had filed an appeal against the single judge's order, setting aside the Government Order granting mining lease to it.
