Air Arabia offers Indian pilgrims low-cost travel options with 48 flights a week between India and Sharjah. The airline connects seven destinations across India to Sharjah, which include Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Jaipur, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai.
To facilitate travel for the pilgrims, Air Arabia has added 18 extra flights from Sharjah to Jeddah, which have convenient connectivity to the routine flights from India to Sharjah, a release said.
These extra flights will fly from September 12 to October 12.
This special service will be available to passengers holding Umrah visas only, the airlines has clarified.
The Umrah service to Jeddah will depart from Sharjah International Airport and land at the Jeddah Haj terminal. These flights have been conveniently scheduled after 'Iftar'(the time when fasting ends in the evening), a release added.
