Train runs over railway cop, 2 labourers

Chennai, Sep 10 (UNI) Three people, including a railway police constable, were run over by a train last night, while they were removing a body from the track at Tirunindravur near here, railway sources said today.

The deceased constable Jopseph (34) had taken along two labourers with him to remove an unidentified body from the tracks, when the mishap occurred.

Railway authorities said they were yet to ascertain the identity of the two labourers and the train that ran them over.
