BHEL, NTPC enters into JV agreement

New Delhi, Sep 10: State-run Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) today said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NTPC Ltd to form a joint venture company.

As per the JV, the companies will work jointly to complement their respective strength and to carry out engineering procurement and construction (EPC) activities in the power sector, a statement said.
