Avaneeswaram hooch tragedy case: HC dismisses bail application

Kochi, Sep 10 (UNI) Kerala High Court today dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the three accused in the Avaneeswaram hooch tragedy case.

The accused Santhosh Kumar, Vikran Pillai and Vishnu were the workers of the toddy shop, at Avaneeswaram near Punalur in Kollam district, where the tragedy occurred on August 28, 2007.

Justice R Basanth dismissed the bail application.
