Janapriya Engineers launches housing project

Hyderabad, Sep 9: Listed Company Janapriya Engineers Syndicate Ltd (JESL) today launched a Rs 200-crore housing project at Kowkur, about 30 km from here.

Talking to newspersons here after the ground breaking ceremony, JESL Chairman and Managing Director K Ravinder Reddy said 950-apartment homes for the middle and upper income groups would be ready over the next 30 months.

JSEL had already completed 22,000 apartments, including 6,000 in Bangalore, he said.

The Company was planning to launch within a month its next venture 'Janapriya Metropolis' at Sanathnagar in Hyderabad, he said and added that it had already secured the approval from the Greater Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad for the 1950-apartment complex.
