IAF helicopter catches fire, one injured in Kashmir
Srinagar, Sep 9 (UNI) An Indian Air Force helicopter caught fire during refueling causing injuries to one person in north Kashmir today, a defence ministry spokesman said.
He told UNI that during refueling the MI-17 helicopter caught fire at Bandipora, about 65 kms from here in north Kashmir.
However, he said the fire was immediately brought under control.
One person received minor injuries, the spokesman said.
He further said the helicopter was safe.
