Drug peddlar held with heroin in Punjab

Phagwara, Sep 9 (UNI) The police today recovered 910 grams heroin from a drug peddlar in the Rawalpindi area of the town, police here said.

The peddlar, identified as Rajesh Kumar alias Babloo, belonged to Amar Nagar locality of Jalandhar. Police said he used to supply heroin to students.

He was later booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
