Advani attends RSS conclave with Rajnath Singh

Mumbai, Sep 8: Senior BJP leader L K Advani, BJP President Rajnath Singh and General Secretary Gopinath Munde attended the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) conclave, that is underway from September 6 at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Uttan, Bhayander in the adjoining Thane district. According to sources in RSS, the conclave was also attended by Vishwa Hindu Parishad International Secretary General Dr Pravin Togadia apart from the RSS central office bearers Sarsanghchalak K C Sudarshan, General Secretary Mohan Bhagwat and members of the Sangh Parivar.

''A presentation about the Ram Setu was made yesterday by Dr Kalyan Raman while several important issues are under discussion in the four day conclave,'' a spokesman of the conclave added.

Asked whether the conclave will discuss the all important Indo-US nuclear deal, Dr Kalyan said that no such subject was on the agenda.

He said all the BJP leaders are expected to attend the meeting till tomorrow.
