Jammu, Sep 7 (UNI) Accusing UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi of ''westernising'' the Indian traditions, BJP's youth wing today alleged that the Congress president was taking ''tips from the Pope to run the country.'' Addressing a press conference, Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) national treasurer Assem Goel said, ''Sonia Gandhi, who is acting as a Super Prime Minister from behind the curtain, is taking tips from Pope and spoiling the social fabric of the country.'' Terming UPA the ''Ulta-Pulta Alliance'', he charged the Congress government with total failure on the development front.'' The BJYM leader demanded recommencement of the 'youth policy' as launched by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee..

Referring to this terror-torn state, Mr Goel said: ''It was to be a militant here (in Jammu and Kashmir) rather than an educated unemployed citizen.

''Here government has no policy for educated and unemployed youth, but the militants get incentives and job after surrender,'' he claimed.

The BJYM, he said, will launch a series of programmes to involve youths from all over the country, the first phase which begins from Jammu on September 13.
