Rs 900 cr earmarked for Marathwada irrigation projects: CM

Mumbai, sept 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh today said that Rs 900 crore has been earmarked for completing the irrigation projects in Marathwada this year.

Mr Deshmukh informed this to a delegation of Marathwada Janata Vikas Parishad which met his today.

Mr Deshmukh told the delegation that a budgetary provision of Rs 4500 crore has already been made for irrigation projects across the state.
