Malaysia, Kerala to set up mega infrastructure projects

Kozhikode, Sep 7 (UNI) Malaysia and Kerala will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to set up a mega infrastructure project at Kinalur in the district on September ten.

Malaysian Public Works Minister Seri S Sami Velu and Kerala Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem would sign the MOU on behalf of their respective governments, according to an official release here today.

The proposed joint venture by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Malaysia and the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (KSIDC), envisaged knowledge based industries, medical city, condominiums, entertainment centres and other associated infrastructures, the release added.
