Hands chopped

Tikamgarh, MP, Sep 7 (UNI) A group of people chopped off both hands of a person over a property-related dispute at Badapura colony in this town, police said today.

Superintendent of Police Anurag said Anwar Khan (40) was admitted to hospital in serious condition.

Anwar Khan had a dispute with Pramanand over a house since the past 15 years. He was attacked by Parmanand and his four friends yesterday.

Parmanand was arrested today, while other accused were absconding.
