Core Projects buys remaining 24 stake in Enterprise Computing

New Delhi, Sept 7 (UNI) Core Projects&Technologies Ltd today said it has alloted 1.35 million shares to the promoters of Enterprise Computing Services Inc for the remaining 24 per cent in it.

With this transaction, ECS becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Core, it said in a statement.
