Blast is a plot to disrupt CA Polls: Police
Kathmandu, Sept 7 (UNI) Nepalese police investigating the Sunday's serial blasts in the city, said that they seemed to be orchestrated by an organised criminal gang instead of minor criminal groups with the motive of disrupting the Constituent Assembly elections scheduled to be held in November.
