Madhya Pradesh: New pay-scale for Tahsildars

Bhopal, Sep 6: The Madhya Pradesh government has decided to sanction revised payscales to Tahsildars and Naib Tahsildars.

A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting of the cabinet presided over by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here yesterday.

An official release, however, did not specify the new pay-scale.

The Tahsildars and Naib-Tahsildars across the state were on strike recently and the Chief Minister had held out the assurance to consider their demands.
