Minor girl killed, driver electrocuted in Kashmir
Srinagar, Sept 6 (UNI) A minor girl was killed in a road accident while a driver was electrocuted in the Kashmir valley overnight, a police spokesman said.
A motorcyclist hit and critically wounded an eight-year-old girl Shaista at Kanihama, Magam in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
She was immediately shifted to hospital where she was declared brought dead.
A TATA Sumo hit a Maruti car at Tiker Kupwara causing injuries to car driver Abdul Rahim Sheikh. He was hospitalised.
He said a truck driver Kak Ram, resident of Samroli, Udhampur, was electrocuted at Gund Brath, Sopore in Baramulla district.
