Kolhapur court posts hearing into fake stamps case for Sep 29

Kolhapur, Sep 6 (UNI) Additional sessions judge S H Jagyashi has posted the hearing into a fake stamp paper case, involving Abdul Karim Telgi, to September 29.

Telgi and 19 other accused were brought here from Pune's Yerawada Jail and produced before the court here today.

However, the court posted the hearing for September 29 as the accused, except Telgi, have not yet been provided copies of the charge-sheet.

One of the accused, Phiroj Sheikh, failed to appear before the court today owing to ill health.
