Manipur: KIM condemns KLA cadre death

Imphal, Sep 6: Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM), the apex body of Kuki tribe, has condemned the killing of ten Kuki Liberation Army (KLA) by the NSCN(IM) on September four.

The KIM noted that the relations between the Naga and the Kuki tribes could be affected by such violent acts.

The organisation stated that the ten KLA cadres had gone to meet the NSCN(IM) members after getting an invitation.

It asked the Centre the review the situation as the NSCN(IM) was on a ceasefire.
