UP: HC orders auction of BSP MLA's property

Hardoi, Sep 6: The district administration here has fixed September 27 as auction date for the sale of BSP MLA's attached property to repay his arrears to a Co-operative Bank.

BSP MLA from Mallava constituency, Krishna Kumar alias Satish Verma owes over Rs 17 lakh to the bank.

On August 31, Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court ordered clearance of the MLA's dues through auction of his attached property.
