Educationist Dr Mohiuddin passes away
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Sep 6 (UNI) Well known city educationist and former Maulana Azad College principal Dr Mazhar Mohiuddin died of cardiac arrest in Mumbai today. He was 72.
Dr Mohiuddin was also the general secretary of Maulana Azad Education Society, one of the oldest educational institutions in the city. He had joined the Azad Education Society in 1995, after his retirement as principal of the college. He had joined the college as lecturer in 1963 and became principal in 1973.
A PhD in Mathematics, Dr Mohiuddin was associated with a number of social organizations and was also known for his translations from various languages into Urdu.
