Centre urged to adopt Musharraf's 4-point formula

Jammu, Sep 6 (UNI) Expressing serious concern over alleged violations of human rights by Army troops in Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) chairman Ghulam Ahmad Mir today urged India to resolve the Kashmir issue through peaceful means.

Addressing a press conference at Poonch, he claimed that incidents of human rights violation had increased in the entire Jammu province.

The Union government should accept the ground reality and positively reciprocate towards the four-point formula of Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf to help resolve the Kashmir issue.
