Govt to review export target by Oct: Kamal Nath

New Delhi, Sep 5: The Government will start reviewing export target of 160 billion dollars for 2007-08 by next month and will come out with a final view by November, Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath said today.

''We will start reviewing export target by next month and will come out with the final view by November,'' Mr Nath said.

However, inspite of rupee appreciation against dollar, the Government is optimistic to meet its export target.

''I am optimistic and not revising the target now,'' he said.
