Man commits suicide in Metro

Kolkata, Sep 4 (UNI) A middle-aged man committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train during the busy morning hours today.

Official sources said train services were stalled for 45 minutes after the accident at Girish Park station in North Kolkata.

The body was later retreived and sent for post-mortem.

Though it was a public holiday today, the cancelation of a couple of trains resulted in a swelling of crowd at the different metro stations.
