Hurricane Felix weakens in Caribbean

TEGUCIGALPA, Sept 3 (Reuters) Hurricane Felix weakened to a still-powerful Category 4 storm as it headed toward the northern coast of Honduras in the Caribbean, the Miami-based National Hurricane Center said.

Felix had been a potentially catastrophic top-ranked Category 5 hurricane on the five-step Saffir Simpson scale.
