UP CM greets people on Janamashtami eve

Lucknow, Sep 3 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati today extended warm wishes to people on the eve of Janamashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna.

In a message, the CM observed ''the Lord's life is a source of inspiration for all. His lesson of Bhagwat Geeta would be applicable in every period and century.'' She appealed the masses to maintain peace and celebrate the festival with fun and frolic.
