Mumbai: Silver, gold ease

Mumbai, Sep 3: Spot silver and gold eased today as silver declined by Rs 45 per kg and gold by Rs 15 per ten gm on poor buying support, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the opening rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade: Rs 16,955, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,930, Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,975.
