Omax auto to issue 25 lakh warrants
New Delhi, Sept 3: Auto parts maker Omax Autos Ltd today said its board has approved the issue of 25 lakh warrants at Rs 83 each.
The company said, in a statement, it would issue 12.5 lakh warrants each to Asia Pacific Capital India Pvt Ltd and Gala Finance and Investments Ltd.
