JK: Minors killed in mine blast

Jammu, Sep 3:Two teenagers, including a girl, were killed in an explosion in a field at Bani in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir last evening, police today said.

The deceased identified as Pappu (13) and Champa Rani (16) were playing in the field when the sudden explosion occurred at Baljedi village, police informed. They died on the spot.

The cause of the blast is being ascertained.
