ISRO PR Director Krishna Murthy cremated

Bangalore, Sep 3 (UNI) The body of ISRO Publications and Public Relations Director S Krishna Murthy, who succumbed to his injuries in a road accident in Tirupati on September 1, was cremated here today.

ISRO Chairman Madhavan Nair, Additional Secretary S V Ranganath, Joint Secretary R G Nadudur, ISRO Centre Director K S Shankara and senior scientists were among others who paid last respects to the departed soul.

Mr Krishna Murthy was seriously injured in the accident at Sangampalli on August 24 while travelling with ISRO Scientific Secretary Rajiv Lochan who was killed on the spot with the driver.
