Intel join hands with GOI to launch e-health projects
Mumbai, Sep 3 (UNI) Intel corporation has joined hands with Ministry of health and family welfare of India to launch e-health projects in rural areas of the country.
These will include tele-health programmes for community hospitals and school health-monitoring systems, which aim to enable the rural dwellers get faster access to information and communications technology (ICT), said intel in a statement.
The health projects, which will start in Tamil Nadu, will come as an extension of the Intel's World Ahead Programme, a global initiative promoted by the company in developing countries for rural masses, the company added.
