Fortis revises dates for CERC open offer

New Delhi, Sept 3: Fortis Financial Services Ltd today said it has revised the open offer to acquire an additional 20 per cent equity stake in Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd at an offer price of Rs 53.45 per share.

Accordingly, Fortis said that the opening date for the offer will be September 14, 2007 while the original date for the opening was October 12. 2006, said a statement.

The closing date for the issue has been fixed at November 4, 2007 as compared to November 1, 2006.
