Electrosteel splits equity shares

Kolkata, Sep 3 (UNI) Shareholders of Electrosteel Castings Limited today approved sub-division of each equity share of the nominal value of Rs ten each into Re one at the company's annual general meeting here.

With the split, the total number of equity shares would be 207637480, company sources said.

The Board of Directors of the company had earlier approved the split of the Board meeting held on July 23 last.
