CII Training Programme Stresses Effective People Management

Gurgaon, Sept 3 (UNI) With an intent to improve the understanding of Human Psychology in terms of employee relations and behaviour and to create an influential personality within, in order to develop commitment in the employees, CII Haryana State Council organised a session on "Art of Managing People: An Invaluable Asset" here today.

The programme highlighted the key issues that strengthen and create a committed and high performing team. It stressed the need to learn the art of managing people effectively to keep the employees motivated and focussed on achieving results that make businesses more profitable.

The session also stressed on the theory of 'the survival of the fittest' and addressed various issues that effects the team and the responsibility of the manager to deal with and overcome it with a positive attitude. The psychological and physiological factors such as survival and immediate gratification were addressed in the session.
