Manipur: Mentally challenged man kills 2

Imphal, Sep 2: A mentally challenged man killed two persons, including a woman, at Thoubal district yesterday.

Police said here today that a mentally challenged person set his own house afire and when people tried to douse the flames, he attacked and killed two persons, including a woman.

Later, the man was lynched to death by an irate mob, police added. Police rushed to the spot to control the situation.
