Joint Indo-Thai-exercise begins in jharkhand

Ranchi, Sep 2 (UNI) A joint Indian and Thai Army exercise, focussing on counter-inurgency operations, began today at the Sikh Regimental Centre in Jharkhand's Hazaribagh district.

Official sources said the excercise, named ''Maitree-07'' focuses on counter insurgency operations in urban scenario it will continue till September 19 at the centre located in Ramgarh area.
