Education volunteers hold protest outside ministers residence

Kapurthala, Sept 2 (UNI) More than 500 education volunteers today staged a dharna outside the residence of Punjab Education Minister Upinderjit Kaur demanding regularisation of their sevices.

Earlier they also took out a protest march in the bazars of the town raising slogans against the government for not keeping their promise to regularise their services.

The agitating volunteers were demanding the regularisation of their services, reappointment to the discharged volunteers and training to the untrained volunteers.
