Centre has neglected Andhra Pradesh: Chandrababu Naidu

Hyderabad, Sep 2 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu today accused the Centre of neglecting the state in providing budgetary allocation for developmental activities.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the state had not received its due share from the Centre and the state government had misused the official machinery during Congress President Sonia Gandhi's recent visit to the state.

He criticised Ms Gandhi for not visiting Hyderabad to console the family members of the August 25 twin blast victims.

He also demanded formation of a Joint Parliamentary Committee to discuss the matter regarding Indo-US nuclear deal adding that the Centre should reveal the pros and cons of the nuclear agreement to the people.
