UP DGP hints conspiracy behind Allahabad riots

Allahabad, Sep 1 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh DGP Vikram Singh today said these were indications of a conspiracy behind late yesterday riots in Kareli area of the city.

Talking to reporters here, the DGP said 14 out of 15 suspects have been arrested and further investigation were underway.
