UP dairy commissioner raids Parag unit

Bareilly, Sep 1 (UNI) Close on heels of a synthetic milk unit supplying milk to Parag milk factory being busted here, Uttar Pradesh Dairy Commissioner S N Ravi raided the latter unit.

Sources said the raid team grilled the Parag unit manager and other officials last evening.

They also collected milk samples.

However, Mr Ravi refused to comment on the raid.

On August 28, police had raided the synthetic milk unit in Subhash Nagar area.

Few accused were also arrested, who had confessed to supplying milk to Parag dairy.
