Thackeray will announce party's stand on nuke deal: Joshi

Mumbai, Sep 1 (UNI) Senior Shiv Sena leader Manohar Joshi today said that party supremo Bal Thackeray will announce his stand on the Indo-US nuclear agreement at an appropriate time.

Talking to reporters here today, Mr Joshi said the Sena was discussing the issue with NDA partners and the party's stand will be announced at an appropriate time by Mr Thackeray himself.

Meanwhile, an editorial appearing in Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamna, said the Shiv Sena is studying the agreement keeping in mind country's interest.
