Congress taking undue advantage of left support: DYFI

Srinagar, Sep 1 (UNI) Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) General Secretary Tapas Sinha today alleged that the Congress was taking undue advantage of the Left support to its government at the centre.

The Congress was taking the advantage of left's urge for keeping the communal forces away from the power, he said while addressing a public meeting in south Kashmir district of Anantnag today.

He said the 123 Indo-US civil nuclear agreement had the potential of throwing India into American imperialism.

Mr Sinha said it will adversely effect its independent foreign policy on which a national consensus, in the best interest of the nation, had developed.

DYFI president P Ramaklrishnan said the turmoil in the state had impeded the development and had adversely affected the health and education of the youth resulting into perpetration of backwardness.
