Allahabad curfew: Railway Recruitment Board exam put off
Allahabad, Sep 1 (UNI) Violence followed by curfew in Allahabad has led to the postponement of the Railway Recruitment Board examination here tomorrow.
According to railway sources, the fresh date for assistant station master examination would be announced later.
The first phase of the test was conducted on August 26 and the second phase was scheduled to be held tomorrow but, owing to the imposition of curfew in five areas of the city, the examination has been put off.
Almost 1.3 lakh candidates had applied for the 72 assistant station master posts.
